How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form and prospectus from the website:www.fsm.ac.in. One can also get the application form and prospectus from the selected branches of Axis Bank and HDFC Bank (details of the bank branches given in website: www.fsm.ac.in). Thereafter, the duly filled application forms must be submitted with an amount of Rs 1600 in cash.In case of form is downloaded, payment is through DD of Rs 1650 in favor "Fore School of Management", payable at New Delhi. Candidates will have to apply separately for both the programme in the separate application form available.
